•    Recognise protected wildlife species including birds, bats, red squirrels, pine martins and badgers.

•    Hang bird and bat boxes for customers, at no extra charge.

•    Encourage pruning when required, thus reducing tree felling.

•    Encourage the replanting of trees.

•    Use tools/equipment designed to be more environmentally friendly.

•    Use battery power tools/equipment when possible, reducing carbon emissions and noise pollution.

•    Use bio-degradable fuels/oils/ for chainsaws and machinery.

•    Recycle all waste produced where possible.

•    Excess timber re-used for timber products or firewood.

•    Continually assess our operations and environmental impact and make improvements.

•    Promote good arboriculture industry practice and reduce our carbon footprint.
